Who we are
Thrakzovardis.com is an independent informational guide to Woodbine Racetrack in Etobicoke, Ontario. We are not the venue, its operator or an official ticketing channel. Questions about this policy can be sent through the enquiry form on the home page.
What we collect
- Details you type into the enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, preferred date of visit, area of interest and your message.
- Standard server records created when any browser loads a page, including IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
Why we use it
Contact details are used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry with visitor information about the racetrack, accommodation options and dining. We do not sell personal information and we do not add enquiries to a marketing list without a separate, explicit request from you.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our internal messaging channel so the team can answer them. The website is served by a commercial hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. The embedded map on the contact section is supplied by Google Maps, and loading it means your browser contacts Google servers under Google’s own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form using the same email address you originally wrote from, and we will action it within thirty days.
Children
This site is written for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
